Workblocks · Flow
Where Workblocks run. Where audit is the runtime.
Flow is the execution layer. Every Workblock instance, every model call, every human approval, every input and output, captured as a single event-sourced timeline.

The audit timeline
The audit is not produced after the fact. The audit is the runtime. Every event Flow processes is appended to a timeline that is the source of truth for what happened.
When a Workblock instance completes, the timeline carries:
The exact Workblock version that ran.
The exact model and provider, with their version.
The exact prompt sent. The exact response received.
The exact human approver, when human-in-the-loop fired.
The exact input. The exact output. The exact downstream system call.
Conforming to the EU AI Act, ISO 27001, HDS and the internal audit standards of large enterprises is, as a result, a query.
Human-in-the-loop, as a state
Most platforms treat human review as an exception. The fallback when the system cannot proceed. The patch over imperfect automation.
Flow treats human-in-the-loop as a first-class runtime state. A Workblock declares which steps require human approval. Flow pauses, surfaces the decision to the correct reviewer, captures the approval as an event, and continues.
When the work is hardest, the human is the protagonist. The system is the scaffolding around them.
